  • A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders if canceled before dispatch.

• After Dispatch:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once the materials have been dispatched or are in transit due to the nature and volume of the products.

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:

• Unavailability of stock.

• Incomplete or unverifiable shipping address.

• Force majeure events (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, transport disruptions).

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.
